| Not
all diets are about hunger and deprivation. In fact as we have
seen with the Atkins’ diet, fattening foods may be consumed in
large portions without any weight worries. On the contrary, certain
physicians do not endorse the weight loss programs that sanctions
fat foods of high proportions. Dine
at the mod. Choose a restaurant with nice ambiance. Instead
of opting for the local diner, choose an expensive restaurant
so that you will be prone to linger after the meal. Not to mention,
a bistro, café or supper club with compelling design and awe-inspiring
presentation will encourager you to naturally savor each bite,
-- being aware of when satiation has been reached.
Dish up. The best
way to blow a good diet is to eat a meal out of its container
opposed to a plate. For example, if you have a container of
pasta leftover, do not eat out of the plastic ware because you
will eat more than you need to. The concept is to eat on a dish
where the bottom of the plate or bowl is not endless.
Dough-nut do it.
If it was made from dough – it should not be included in your
diet. These items include dinner rolls, biscuits, doughnuts
and other pastry temptations.
Guzzle up the greens.
Kick off your lunch and dinner with a vegetable, salad or even
a side plate of fruit. Try to eat the vegetables first to reduce
the likelihood of your over eating. Just remember to add reduced
fat salad dressing, creamy dressings as wells as croutons.
Treat yourself to
an outing. The easiest way to shoot the efforts of any diet
is when you keep your house stocked with cupcakes, ice cream
or even cookies. Instead, venture out of the house for a decadent
treat of ice cream or tiramisu. At least you will burn calories
getting there. |
